"A man came across three masons who were working at chipping chunks of granite from large blocks.
The man asked the first what it was that he was doing.
“I’m hammering the rock” - he answered.
Then the man asked the second what it was that he was doing.
He answered: “I’m molding this block of rock so that it can be used to construct a wall.”
Then the man asked the third one.
The mason answered: “I’m building a cathedral."
